This experienced and creative design professional will provide innovative design, coordination, and development of all graphical elements of instant ticket design, presentations, and related marketing materials.
- Develops design concepts based on the needs of targeted sales efforts and client requests.
- Produces oversize tickets, ticket inserts, and related marketing material
- Ensures all work adheres to client standards
- Participates in and provides direction on development of design concepts based on the needs of targeted sales efforts
- Must be capable of designing tickets from concept through final art, ensuring all work adheres to production standards
- Ensures a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports our clients' brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging
- Collaborates with consultants on special projects, foreign market assistance, etc. as needed.
- It is the employee's responsibility to understand the specific requirements for their job and location as it relates to Environmental responsibilities, Information security, and Quality expectations

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Minimum education: BA/BFA or the equivalent

**Experience**:

- Minimum of seven years digital design experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects/activities seamlessly
- Ability to excel within a deadline-intensive corporate environment
- Professional customer service manner and ability to interact with all levels of the organization as well as external resources
- Highly collaborative
- Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail
- Ability to address and effectively negotiate design changes
- Expert level design skills & software knowledge, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to address and effectively negotiate design changes
- Experience with Lottery or instant ticket-specific design preferred
- Production-related skills preferred
