**GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPERT - **A&B**

La posición se encargará de la atención directa a los clientes del Restaurante, poniéndole suma importancia a los estándares de servicio que nos caracteriza así como los upsells que requiere el área. Así mismo estará encargado de la operación y atención en los eventos y banquetes que pudieran presentarse en el hotel. Adicionalmente se encargará de atender los pedidos de Room Service y será encargado de cobrar sus propios pedidos asumiendo el rol de caja.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios técnicos o superiores en la especialidad de Administración Hotelera y Turismo.
- Será apreciado conocimiento del Sistema Simphony/Opera.
- Actitud proactiva para identificar las necesidades del cliente.
- Excelente disposición de servicio al cliente.
- Horarios Rotativos de acuerdo a operación.
- Dominio del Idioma inglés a nível intermedio.
- De ser asociado interno, seis (6) meses mínimos en la posición actual y no tener acciones disciplinarias recientes.
