Coordinate, monitor and report Regional Freight/Cost Performance and Operational KPI's/Action Plans
- Develop Logistics Regional Targets and Budget; keep tight monitoring
- Gather, Implement and Report Cost Savings Initiatives
- Identify potential carriers and 3rd party service providers, conducting technical reviews
- Develop CCA Logistics SOR's connected to the business strategy, making sure all customer service requirements as well as basic Logistics standards are included
- Keep track of all CCA Logistics Sourcing Strategies, supporting buyers on the entire sourcing process
- Share Best Practices within GM CCA Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics community (Local/Regional/Global); Benchmark with other companies and GM OE plants
- Align and Implement GLIDE tools within CCA in South America
- Extend CCA Logistics Control Tower scope for CCA South America
- Support Field Action Execution Activities

**Additional Job Description**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economy or related areas
- Desirable MBA or Post Graduation in Logistics Management
- High level of oral and written English and Spanish communication skills (Portuguese will be a plus)
- High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
- High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others globally
- Availability for local/international travel
- Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related areas
- Demonstrated knowledge about warehouse operations, inventory management and order processing, in order to be able to evaluate the impact of transport strategies and activities in these related areas.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software, including PowerBI
- High level of engagement on GM behaviors
