Your role is the key to the point of contact between the company and our corporate clients.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Prospect, visit and affiliate small, medium, and large companies that buy and sell dollars and euros nationally.
- Market analysis and presentation of KPIs to the leader.
- Maintain customer loyalty.
- Resolve our clients' conflicts and expand the client network.
- Different projects to improve the process, product, and service.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, economy, Accounting, Finance, business or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in financial, bank or fintech company. Or executives/professionals who have a wide portfolio of companies in various areas, with the general manager, administration and finance, treasury and/or accounting as their main contact.
- Basic knowledge of the foreign exchange market, exchange rate, fluctuation of the dollar and euro.
- Strong customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently or with mínimal supervision. Leadership and problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Microsoft Office knowledge. Power BI (desirable).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
