**Objetivo de la posición**

Buscar mejorar los procesos de innovación y renovación, a través de las buenas prácticas de CSI y promover el uso de herramientas de evaluación sensorial para entender al consumidor.

**Un día en la vida de..**
- Proporcionar información sensorial del consumidor a los proyectos de I&R:
Asociarse de forma proactiva con los gestores de proyectos y ayudar a definir las preguntas y los resultados del apoyo a la percepción sensorial del consumidor para añadir valor e influir en los criterios de éxito sensorial del proyecto en I2L, Tasty Projects y el plan anual.

Participar activamente en equipos de proyectos multifuncionales y proporcionar orientación sobre el uso y la elección y el uso de metodologías de evaluación sensorial y consumo.

Participar en la innovación front-end, incluida la generación de ideas y la creación de conceptos.
- Liderar evaluaciones sensoriales para alimentar el buen gusto y apoyar los estudios de preferencia del consumidor con excelencia:
Coordina y asegura que se actualice la información sensorial relevante para los estudios sensoriales del consumidor.

Asegurar la colaboración con el equipo del proyecto para garantizar una ejecución sensorial de I&R ajustada.
- Apoya la mejora continua en la cartera de productos, lidera el monitoreo sensorial de los competidores, coordina acciones con AG y empresas para mejorar los productos.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Formación: Ingeniería de Alimentos o Química.
- Experiência (5+ años) en Innovación, Grupos de Aplicación u Operaciones en el mercado, específicamente en ciencias sensoriales, ciencias del consumidor o investigación de mercados.
- Gestión de proyectos (5+ años): trabajé liderando proyectos de I&R con complejidad y por encima del mercado. Certificación en gestión de proyectos.
- Se valorará una experiência más amplia en operaciones o en el lado comercial.
- Inglés Avanzado: Hablado y Escrito
- Conocimientos informáticos (MS-Office y software técnico dedicado)
