- Identify, evaluate and recommend QA processes and activities in a scrum environment.
- Execute QA processes and maintain a high level of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in the deliverables for each sprint.
- Define and document test cases based on user stories.
- Help to automate regression and smoke tests when possible.
- Estimate time needed and priority for tasks.
- Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Proven experience creating test cases from stories.
- Strong knowledge in QA best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of QA experience working with software developers.
- 1-3 years of QA Automation experience using Selenium WebDriver.
- 1-3 years of experience with Java, Java-Script, XML, and HTML.
- Familiarity with Defect Tracking Tools such as Jira.
