Ai Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to automate underwriting and litigation decisions and workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, funding, litigation to integrate AI solutions into existing CMS System.
- Collaborate with data and business analysts to preprocess and analyze large datasets from the CMS, ensuring high-quality input for machine learning models
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using various algorithms and frameworks
- Extract and engineer relevant features from data to enhance model performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and actively contribute to research initiatives within the company
- Document code, algorithms, and methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration
- Continuously optimize and improve existing AI models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

**Salary**: S/.3,000.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month
