【Position Summary】

Carry out the responsibilities for in-store communication and tool development toward to achieve performance (sales, profit, etc.) and distribution targets for the franchise or brand for which he/she is responsible. And these must always be shopper insight-based tools, and have responsibility for maintaining the competitiveness of the client value that our brands bring.

1.Grow sales annually for achieving medium
- and long-term stretch goals: Focus items grow more than 10%.

2.Set clear targets and KPIs. Develop in-store tools and communications to achieve them.

3.Budget management, Maximization of ROI.

【Role Duty & Responsibilities】

Development of communication tools based on shopper insight.

To create customer opportunities and create value with the sales strategy team.

1. Identification of growth opportunities for the category from the shopper's point of view.

2. Improved brand awareness (long-term consistency) - continuously review and ensuring that it's functioning.

3. Develop plans to drive category strategy and customer value and review them for PDCA.

(Includes in-store POSM, promotions and all others. It must also relate to our internal goals.)

Value creation through shopper understanding through the use of in-store surveys

1.Creating opportunities and contributing to the category through in-store tools based on shopper analysis using in-store surveys.

2.Contribute to the category by creating opportunities and developing communication tools for customers based on shopper research using external agencies.

Improved ROI through validation of customer-facing actions, Providing insights to the brand team.

Sharing the PDCA cycle as needed with Sales strategy,

1.Clear the point of Work・Not work, and achieving improved ROI.

2.Contribute to brand strategy development through horizontal deployment of best practices.

3.Feed back valid information, including some of the validation data, to the brand team.

KPI Tracking and Gap Fill

1. Weekly Tracking : KPIs for Promotion Packs : Pre-Sale and Actual

2. Monthly Tracking : KPIs for Focus Items and Brand Total

3. Lead Gap Fill Plan development and track executions

Other Tasks

1. Promotion Pack SPPP

2. JBP Support

3. Lead Cross Department Project

**Qualifications**:
【Related Experience】

1. 3 Yeas Trade Marketing and Sales Experience in other FMCG company

2. Experienced to challenge new things and meet or exceed high expectation even after failure
