Reporting to the headquarters in Italy, the sales executive will be charged with growing our new business pipeline and closing deals in the country. This is a 100% hunting position Sales Executive Job Duties: Identifies business opportunities by understanding prospects’ needs and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions Negotiates multi-year sales agreements Drives growth and hits sales targets by: Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities Tracking and reporting opportunities in CRM Proactively maintaining communication channels with prospects and customer Creating a sense of urgency and closing deals Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending conferences and industry events, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks Establishing thought leadership within the industry Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed The person must live in Argentina, Mexico or Peru. This is a full remote position. This is a position that requires travel around the country to meet prospects.

Our client is an italian company that provides products and solutions for industries. They sell different types of motors and gearboxes around the world.

**Requisitos**:

- Advanced english level - Ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Negotiation and prospecting skills - Proven track record of closing deals - At least 3 years B2B sales. - Experience in hunting new prospects - Availability to travel - Engineer degree is a Plus
