Inl Logistics Supervisor

**DUTIES**:
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for all logistics processes including receiving, warehousing, inventorying, monitoring, and transportation of all equipment and supplies for the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) programs and counterparts. The job holder manages INL logistics at Lima/Callao and Pucallpa facilities, both of which include a warehouse, offices, and aircraft hangars in support of INL programs. Incumbent represents INL before the Government of Peru (GOP) counterparts and customs in logistics topics. The job holder oversees monitoring of $23 million of donations to Peruvian counterparts and more than $1 million in warehouse stock. The job holder oversees the INL Property Book and Integrated Logistics Management System End-Use Monitoring (ILMS/EUM) program of 20,000 items, ensuring internal controls of all INL property. The job holder oversees shipping and customs of approximately 800 shipments per year valued at $37 million and all warehouse activities in both Lima/Callao and Pucallpa. Job holder occasionally travels outside Lima to remote locations with sub-par infrastructure. The job holder reports directly to the INL Management Officer, provides direct supervision to five employees and oversees the work of over thirteen employees between contractors and section's staff.

**EXPERIENCE**:
Five years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, customs/shipping, or supply chain management is required. At least one year managing or directing the work of employees is required.

**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is required.

Must hold a **valid local driver’s license (A1)** with at least **five years of driving experience.**
