**Recruiting Unit**: Creative Exterior Department - Styling Institute - FAW Group (for Hongqi Brand)

**Salary**:negotiable according to request

**Report to**: Head of Styling Institute and Design VP

**Responsibilities**:

- Based on the company's strategy and combined with design trend analysis, develop an overall design strategy for the Hongqi exterior;
- After the overall design strategy document is determined, interpret it to all members of the exterior creative department to help them understand the strategy;
- Control the overall design direction of exterior to ensure compliance with design strategies;
- Quality control before the review of renderings, clay models, and hard models at the institute level;
- In the feasible stage of the design scheme engineering, when encountering significant contradictions between the design and the engineering feasibility, constructive suggestions are proposed to guide the optimization of the scheme;
- Assist the exterior creative design superiors in other tasks.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree or above;
- Have at least 12 years of experience in the development and related design of vehicle exterior styling;
- Having rich forward-looking concepts of international first-class brands and experience in mass production vehicle development, familiar with the entire vehicle design and development process system;
- Excellent creative design ability, excellent design quality, and product quality control ability;
- Excellent design and technical problem-solving skills;
- Excellent ability in product design strategy planning.
