We are proactive- not reactive.Our ProposalWe are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer (Backend focus - Ruby / RoR).
We have a proven model, a novel offer, demonstrated product-market-fit, ample runway, and a deep product pipeline.
We play in a massive opportunity space, and this role will have an outsized impact on our ability to scale by helping us to build a solid foundation for future growth.
You will join a team of 5 QAs.Key Responsibilities:Test planning - identifying risks, mitigation planning, setting acceptance criteriaTest automation for backend using Ruby, RSpecAcceptance testingExploratory testingFuzz testingIt can be a perfect match if you have:English conversational2+ years of test automation experience for backend using Ruby/RSpec4+ years experience in QA Automation role in a commercial delivery environmentDeep understanding of QA methodologies and techniquesAbility to analyze product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test casesAbility to collaborate and coordinate within a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentAbility to wear multiple hats and multitask effectivelyIt would also be a plus if you:Have experience working in Banking, Finance, or a FinTech organizationHave experience within a start-up or scale-upHave experience within a product-focused environmentWhat do we offer?Autonomy to implement and execute your ideasUnlimited growth with a forward-thinking companyWork directly for the US100% Remote WorkFlexible Working HoursUSD Payment + Stock OptionsChoose one benefit you want and we can talk about it
