Finance Manager

Position Overview The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background who can collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
2.
Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variance analysis.
3.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal financial positioning for the company.
4.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
5.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
6.
Cost Control: Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
7.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
8.
Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation and management of financial software and tools, ensuring data integrity and security.
Qualifications 1.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred.
2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a multinational company.
3.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
4.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis; advanced Excel skills required.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
6.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
