We empower some of the world's most beloved games to deliver delightful, personalized ad experiences for players wherever they are and whichever screen they are on.ResponsibilitiesYou set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for success.You are capable to navigate, manage and adapt with ambiguity; able to untangle complex problems and uncertainties while maintaining transparent communication and drawing support/feedback from stakeholders.Working closely with Data Scientists and Analysts, you conduct A/B testing to identify player motivation and satisfaction drivers, and incorporate learnings into product decisions.You lead prioritization across multiple development teams, communication with senior leadership and stakeholders; champion the product rollout/GTM strategy with Ad Monetization Managers (AMM).You are an evangelist of the ABM's player-first, gaming-centric ad platform, proactively engaging with studios counterparts for new product/feature opportunities, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption with support from Platform Solution and AMM.The right candidate possesses a strong product management background, has proven ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and lead complex and highly impactful cross-functional projects from concept to completion; experienced in the gaming or entertainment industry.You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.As a Product Manager, you are user/player-centric, understanding their needs and requirements, plus anticipating future trends that will serve their needs.
You are impact-focused, excel at execution; able to coordinate complex multi-functional projects, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.Be communicative and an agent for constructive change within STAGE and the broader Product organization.Skills to Create ThrillsExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, data science or related field or have equivalent experiences working in the technology sector.8+ years of direct product management experiences, in gaming, social media or other B2B2C business; relevant product areas include but are not limited to Game Monetization, In-game Services, Personalization, Recommendation System for eCommerce, streaming service or OTA, yield management (publisher focus), Predictive Modeling, LTV Models & Churn Prediction.Experience owning/driving product strategy and roadmap execution for scaled product/product group.Experience working with cross-functional teams and internal/external customers.Demonstrated history of achieving product outcomes through user testing and data-driven decision-making.Knowledge & SkillsStrong technical, communication, and analytical skills; ability to communicate with and challenge both technical and non-technical audiences.Expert with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.Extra PointsExperience working directly with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists for ML/AI-empowered products.Experiences/Familiarity with mobile development and API design.Experiences working with globally distributed teams.Experiences or familiarity with in-game advertising.Experiences mentoring Associate PM / Junior PM.About Activision Blizzard MediaActivision Blizzard Media is the gateway for brands to the #1 cross-platform gaming company in the western world, with hundreds of millions of players across over 190 countries.
