We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer & Strategist / AI Specialist who is ready to create compelling visual designs, develop conversion-focused campaigns, and leverage AI to optimize our marketing efforts for our subscription-based design and web development services.
The Role Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 6AM-3PM Central European Time 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time As a Senior Marketing Designer & Strategist / AI Expert at our company, your mission is to create visually compelling designs and strategic marketing campaigns that leverage artificial intelligence to drive conversion and elevate our brand.
You'll be responsible for developing AI-powered design systems, campaign strategies, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our message and resonate with target audiences, while using data analytics to measure and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities Design and Strategize : Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI design tools, and marketing principles to craft designs and campaign strategies that align with business objectives and conversion goals.
Innovate with AI : Employ cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize both design processes and marketing analytics, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Test and Optimize : Facilitate testing of design prototypes and campaign elements to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
Track and Analyze : Become proficient in analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate and Refine : Work closely with stakeholders to present designs and campaign strategies, iterating based on feedback and performance data.
Develop Copy : Create compelling marketing copy using AI tools to complement designs and drive conversions, taking full ownership of copywriting for campaigns.
Must-Haves: Design Proficiency : Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and demonstrated proficiency with AI design tools.
Marketing Knowledge : Deep understanding of marketing principles, conversion optimization, and campaign strategy.
Data Fluency : Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and ability to use data to inform design and marketing decisions.
AI Integration : Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
Strategic Thinking : Capability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align visual design with business goals.
Testing Experience : Background in A/B testing methodologies and prototype validation.
Paid Media Experience : Familiarity with paid campaign management using Meta Ads and optimization.
Collaborative Spirit : Experience working in cross-functional teams and refining work based on diverse feedback.
Innovation Mindset : A knack for introducing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to marketing and design challenges.
Project Management : Ability to manage multiple campaigns and design projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves: Video Production : Experience with motion graphics and video editing for multimedia campaigns.
UX/UI Expertise : Advanced understanding of user experience principles to optimize conversion-focused designs.
Marketing Automation : Experience with marketing automation platforms and email campaign design.
SEO Knowledge : Understanding of search engine optimization principles to enhance digital campaign performance.
CRO Certification : Formal training or certification in Conversion Rate Optimization methodologies.
Industry Specialization : Prior experience in our specific industry or with similar target audiences based in Europe and the US Agency Experience : Candidates who have experience working for reputable marketing agencies are highly preferred.
