Business Development Representative Location/Market: CUSTOM.LOCATIONS Department: CUSTOM.DEPARTMENT Job Description The Senior Business Development Manager will build user acquisition partnerships with leading mobile app/game developers and expand our advertiser base in Turkey and the Middle East. The role requires building and maintaining transparent communication across all teams to ensure alignment on the company's goals. Essential Functions 1. Take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new advertisers and managing long-term relationships with key clients from DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). 2. Benchmark the local market and attend local events, visit clients, and organize workshops through frequent trips. 3. Build up a sales pipeline via lead prospecting, qualification, and generation. 4. Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process using Mobrain capabilities and campaign committees. 5. Work with Sales Teams to develop, price, and prepare business proposals. 6. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Client Growth/Ad Operations teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and delivered in full, actively overseeing delivery and optimizing plans as needed. 7. Track and manage the advertisers' pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals. 8. Represent Entravision and sell Mobrain and Smadex, our in-house mobile marketing solutions, at industry conferences and networking events. Competencies 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus. 2. Good knowledge of the Mobile Programmatic ecosystem (DSP, Ad-exchanges, SSPs, etc.) is a plus. 3. Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment with proven success. 4. Performance-driven with the ability to work independently and in a multicultural team. 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Motivated, quick learner, adaptable to new technology, software, and responsibilities. Position Details This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Required Education and Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development within the Mobile Advertising industry is mandatory.
