What you’ll be doing You’ll operate as a senior consultant to both clients and candidates, owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle and helping us elevate how recruitment is delivered. - Managing a portfolio of premium clients across construction, trades, civil and corporate sectors - Running the full recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, placements, negotiations - Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders - Improving processes, introducing new ideas, and helping shape best practice - Using technology and AI tools to streamline sourcing and candidate engagement - Working with other recruiters in a collaborative environment - Contributing to business growth, tenders, proposals and client strategy You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to run your desk with freedom, backed by a team that moves fast and supports each other. About you You’re a recruiter who genuinely loves the craft, not just the admin of it. You’re confident with clients, commercially minded, highly organised and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications - 3–5+ years recruitment experience (agency or internal) - Strong capability across blue‑collar, white‑collar or mixed desks - Experience supporting enterprise or government clients - Ability to manage high‑volume roles without dropping quality - A polished communication style and strong stakeholder presence - A commercial mindset, margins, GP, client value, performance metrics - Curiosity with tech and a willingness to use AI tools to lift performance - Stability, accountability and emotional maturity - A team‑first attitude and genuine care for outcomes - Leadership experience is a bonus, but not required, we’re looking for future leaders, not just current ones Why Career Boss?
