Product Marketing Manager

Accountabilities - Conduct competitor and market research to understand customer needs and feedback. - Define unique value propositions and create compelling narratives for product positioning. - Develop and execute launch plans for new products to drive commercial success. - Create sales collateral and training materials to enable effective sales efforts. - Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams. - Guide customers through their lifecycle, focusing on retention and loyalty. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. - Take actions related to hazards and work‑related issues, escalating as needed. - Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned by the line manager. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a similar role. - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Understanding of product and technical aspects. - Experience in market research and analysis. - Required dental product experience. - Successfully led several product launches. - Preferred experience in orthodontic products.
