Funciones:

- Participar en el Refinamiento de Proyectos: Acompañar al SM, Teach Leader y Product Owners en la definición del alcance del proyecto; Estimar el esfuerzo para la atención de los MVPs bajo los lineamientos definidos por la SDA y CEA y Facilitar las reuniones de refinamiento del proyecto.
- Participar en el Onboarding de los Proyectos: Identificar dependencias que puedan generarse al inicio el proyecto; Recibir el traspaso del alcance del proyecto realizado en el refinamiento; participar en la planificación de las actividades a realizarse en el Q y Definir y registrar los compromisos por cada MVP a desarrollar durante el Q.
- Desarrollar los Proyectos: Elaborar la documentación funcional y técnica requerida para el desarrollo del proyecto; Construir componentes de software de acuerdo a los lineamientos dados por la Fabrica y bajo los estándares definidos en el Banco; Preparar, ejecutar y elaborar la documentación de los casos de pruebas de acuerdo a los requisitos funcionales y técnicos del proyecto y Brindar el soporte para el pase a producción de los componentes desarrollados.
- Dar soporte post producción a los desarrollos desplegados : Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del end to end de la solución implementada y Coordinar el plan de traspaso de las soluciones implementadas al equipo Reliability.
- Compartir el conocimiento adquirido en el desarrollo de los proyectos: Participar de las Comunidades de Práctica; Participar en los programas de capacitación y distribución del conocimiento implementados en el Banco y Elaborar manuales o guías de las soluciones implementadas para ser compartidas con otros equipos.
- Aplicar los lineamientos definidos por la Fábrica Digital: Desarrollar los proyectos bajo los estándares y lineamientos que aseguren tener entregables de calidad; Sincronizar con el Teach Leader y el lider del proyecto para alinear los desarrollos dentro de las estrategias de evolución de los aplicativos y Sincronizar con el equipo Reliability para mantener soluciones estables y sin deuda técnica.
- Cumplir con el marco de trabajo ágil en el desarrollo de los proyectos: Participar de las ceremonias definidas dentro del arquetipo ágil asignado al proyecto; Implementar las prácticas y artefactos ágiles en el desarrollo de los proyectos y Promover los principios y valores ágiles dentro del equipo.

Requisitos:

- Carrera universitaria o técnica de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación e Informática o afines.
- Conocimiento en contabilidad: Procesos Críticos Contables, Herramientas de supervisión reguladas a holding.
- Experiencia entre 1 a 2 años en desarrollo de Software pero enfocado en Host
- Realizar transmisiones y data por vía Host.
- Manejo de base de datos SQL, Azure, Data lake.
- Manejo de proyectos Agile (Indispensable).
