What you will do:

1. Process documents through the preparation of forms supporting approved transactions, initiation of funding, preparation of leasing/loan agreements and document systems input.
2. Review credit approvals and process contract documentation.
3. Prepare disbursement to Dealers and manage funds request.
4. Enter inputs to accounting system and generate customer welcome documents.
5. Responsible for the creation of customers in the contract activation system and for the correct follow-up of documentation delivery to customers in the region.
6. Activities can apply in the territory of Perú.
7. Participate in continuous improvement projects, reporting, Project management and serve as structural support for the area in general.
8. Participate in projects and initiatives as continuous improvement to meet the objectives of the department.

Skills you have:

1. Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
2. Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Demonstrated ability to perform general office tasks.
3. Effective Communications: Demonstrated ability to apply effective oral, written, and listening communication skills with dealers, customers, company personnel, and the financial communities.
4. Initiative: Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.
5. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage numerous tasks.
6. Data Entry Management: Knowledge of data entry management; ability to manage data entry and report the results during daily work. Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheets. Ability to use a typewriter and/or keyboard for 75% of the workday.
7. Internal Controls: Knowledge of concept, methods, and processes of internal control; ability to create, implement, evaluate and enhance processes in internal controls. Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to apply data collection and analysis skills. Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to apply math computation skills.
8. Contracts Review: Knowledge of the contractual and legal matters related to expenditures (consulting services, maintenance, agreements, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.); ability to evaluate, interpret and improve the language used in contractual agreements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably requires a Bachelor Degree (Business Administration) and a max of 4 years experience in contract, credit or customer services administration is recommended.

English Intermediate.
