Leading a team of Product Marketing Managers, you will foster collaboration across departments like Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Accountabilities - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers. - Ensure alignment between product marketing initiatives and company objectives. - Foster a collaborative environment to drive high performance and engagement. - Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency within the team. - Define and oversee go-to-market strategies for product launches. - Research and package our platform for key customer segments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts. - Support Sales with enablement tools and training. - Develop compelling product positioning and messaging. - Lead product-led growth initiatives end-to-end. - Support the development of monetization strategy. - Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis. - Identify market opportunities to influence product development. - Collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation campaigns. Requirements - 10+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS or developer tools. - Experience in pricing and monetization strategies. - Proven experience managing and scaling a product marketing team. - Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in written and verbal communication with stakeholders. - Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills. - Organizational skills with attention to detail.
