Delivery Lead

Buscamos un Delivery Lead altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. El Delivery Lead será responsable de liderar la entrega de proyectos tecnológicos, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos, la calidad y los objetivos de negocio. Este rol es clave para facilitar la colaboración entre equipos multifuncionales y garantizar que nuestras soluciones satisfagan las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones

Gestión de Proyectos:

1. Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la entrega de proyectos tecnológicos relacionados con la provisión.
2. Asegurar que todos los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad y se entreguen dentro del tiempo y presupuesto establecidos.

Liderazgo de Equipo:

1. Dirigir y desarrollar un equipo multifuncional de expertos en tecnología, fomentando un ambiente de colaboración y alto rendimiento.
2. Facilitar la adopción de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) en el equipo de trabajo.

Relación con el Cliente:

1. Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para los clientes en proyectos relacionados con provisión y finanzas, gestionando expectativas y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
2. Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el progreso del proyecto y las métricas de rendimiento.

Optimización de Procesos:

1. Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos y de provisión mediante el uso de tecnologías.
2. Implementar soluciones tecnológicas que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones en el área financiera.

Gestión de Riesgos y Cumplimiento:

1. Evaluar y mitigar riesgos asociados con la implementación de nuevas tecnologías en el ámbito financiero.
2. Asegurar que todas las soluciones entregadas cumplan con las normativas y regulaciones financieras pertinentes.

Requisitos y calificaciones

1. Título universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
2. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en un entorno de desarrollo de software.
3. Experiencia demostrable en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
4. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con partes interesadas a todos los niveles.
5. Conocimientos técnicos en desarrollo de software, arquitecturas y herramientas de DevOps.
6. Certificaciones como Certified Scrum Master (CSM) o Project Management Professional (PMP) son un plus.
