Overview Executive & Professional Search Consultant role description. The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. The candidate must have worked for a private equity/venture capital fund or audited them in public accounting. This role is in West LA, north of Santa Monica. Responsibilities - Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles - Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close - Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes - Research and analyze expense variances for company management Qualifications - 3-5 years of professional accounting experience - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience - Experience working for a Private Equity/Private Investment/VC Company - CPA preferred Pay range and compensation package 100-115k + 15% bonus Seniority level - Mid-Senior level Employment type - Full-time Job function - Accounting/Auditing and Finance Benefits typically include medical insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k). #J-18808-Ljbffr
