Como parte del continuo crecimiento del negocio OM Pharma LATAM, estamos buscando una persona para desarrollar la función de Representante Medico para que se una a nuestro equipo en Perú. Reportando al National Sales Manager sus tareas y responsabilidades incluirán, pero no se limitarán a las siguientes: - Targeting: Seleccionar y visitar médicos y farmacias, según objetivos de Marketing y la estructura comercial - Analizar los objetivos de venta en los diferentes canales de tu territorio a cargo y los objetivos de venta de los productos estratégicos - Asegurar el cumplimiento de las cuotas de ventas - Capacitación continua en conocimientos médicos y comerciales - Seguimiento a la venta física de los productos en las principales farmacias de las instituciones a cargo, farmacias horizontales o cadenas ubicadas en su territorio - Asegurar la presencia de toda la línea y en especial, los productos estratégicos - Llevar al día su trabajo administrativo (Plan de visitas, reportes giras, reporte de actividades, liquidaciones, etc.) - Organizar en coordinación con el National Sales Manager, y Medical Affairs Manager CENAM & Perú - MSL Lead las actividades médicas en los servicios médicos - Organizar en coordinación con el National Sales Manager las actividades comerciales - Participar en los Congresos, simposios, mesas redondas de acuerdo con la estrategia de la compañía - Se requieren viajes de negocios para este puesto, alrededor del 20% del tiempo en zona de gira, del total del tiempo de trabajo Imprescindible para el puesto: - Profesional con estudios superiores (Universitario). De preferencia profesiones médicas (farmacia, medicina, obstetricia, enfermería, etc.) – no excluyente - Más de 5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica o industria relacionada - Más de 5 años de experiencia como Representante Médico con excelentes resultados demostrados - Profunda experiencia en trabajo de campo - Con experiencia en el trabajo promocional de productos Pediátricos, Ginecológicos y de especialidades de MI, MG, Ginecología, Neumología, Otorrino y Gastro - Competencia en MS Office Requisitos Deseables: - Dominio hablado y escrito del idioma inglés - Cursos de especialización en ventas y/o marketing Actualmente ofrecemos un contrato de 1 año, renovable en función de los resultados. #J-18808-Ljbffr
