Senior Customer Relationship Manager

Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Relationship Manager to support further growth and delivery of superior outcomes for existing and new customers. Reporting to the CEO, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, build long‑term partnerships and ensure the seamless delivery of products and services. In the role you will coordinate pricing and quotes, provide oversight of key customer‑specific projects and ensure clear communication across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance. This role is perfect for a proactive relationship‑builder who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver superior outcomes for customers. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key customers. - Lead and coordinate customer quotes and pricing, working with Engineering and Finance to develop accurate and commercially sound proposals. - Work closely with Engineering to oversee customer‑specific projects, including new product introductions, product modifications, technical changes, and packaging updates. - Collaborate with Supply Chain to coordinate and communicate key updates relating to product delivery, delays, changes, and logistics. - Partner with Quality to ensure timely communication and updates on quality issues, investigations, and corrective actions. - Facilitate the provision of long‑term forecasts by customers to enable Finance and Supply Chain to prepare long‑term production and demand plan forecasts. - Identify opportunities to grow accounts and deliver superior outcomes for customers. - Lead a small team of customer facing resources. - Work with senior management including COO, CFO and CEO to grow and scale the business. Skills and Experience - Experienced senior customer relationship manager. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively with engineering, finance, quality, supply chain, and operations teams. - Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with a trade or engineering background in plastics or metals highly regarded. - Strong organisational and project coordination capability. - A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
