About the Role The Senior Technical Lead & Manager is a critical leadership position at PixelForce. This role combines hands‑on technical depth with strategic leadership, serving as the CTO’s primary partner in driving AI‑powered engineering transformation. You will lead a team of Technical Leads and Cloud DevOps Engineers, embedding AI‑first practices across the engineering function to improve development speed, delivery quality, and scalability. You’ll provide high‑level technical direction across 10–15 concurrent projects, champion smart engineering practices, and ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable, and cost‑optimised. Beyond technical leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in building capability across the team, mentoring, coaching, and embedding AI‑powered approaches that keep PixelForce at the cutting edge.
