We are looking for a IT Application Engineer – Salesforce to drive the design, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform. This role combines solution architecture with hands-on system configuration and user support. The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical, able to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring the platform is running smoothly for all users. At INNIO we offer you: - Diverse, inclusive, and international working environment - Flexible working hours & home office - Wide range of sports and health offers, e.g., various sports groups and an excellent canteen with balanced meals - Moving cost support for new employees in accordance with policy - Good public transport connections, climate ticket & free parking spaces - Central location in the Alps with endless outdoor and leisure options Your Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions - Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners - Configure and optimize Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and system setups - Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption - Maintain up-to-date process documentation, user guides, and training materials - Oversee support issues, monitor system performance, and ensure data integrity Your Profile: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent - Several years of functional Salesforce experience - Experience in software architecture and technical design in CRM systems - Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and integration concepts (REST, SOAP) - Salesforce certifications are highly appreciated - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
