ABOUT THE ROLE Global Payments’ Storman Software team is seeking a General Manager to lead the business, drive growth, and deliver operational excellence. The position is a unique opportunity to lead a high‑performing team and have a tangible impact on a market‑leading storage‑management software business. As General Manager, reporting to the Global Payments CEO Oceania, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, operations, financial performance, and culture of Storman Software. You will work closely with the Advisory Board and Global Payments leadership to ensure alignment with company priorities while driving innovation, growth, and customer success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Inspire and lead teams around Storman’s strategy, vision, and mission. - Develop and execute a business strategy and product roadmap to drive growth in new markets and verticals. - Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to achieve business objectives. - Foster a high‑performance, inclusive, and accountable culture. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the Advisory Board, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities. - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Storman remains market‑leading. - Ensure operational excellence across all departments, including marketing, sales, product, and customer success. SALARY & LOCATION The salary range for this role is $220,000 – $245,000 + super + LTI + STI. This role can be based in Brisbane or our Sydney office. ABOUT YOU You are a transformational and strategic leader with a proven track record in technology or software‑focused businesses. You thrive on building high‑performing teams, scaling revenue, and creating a culture of accountability and growth. You are comfortable being hands‑on while executing a clear vision for long‑term success. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS - 5+ years in a senior management role, preferably in a software company. - 10+ years of commercial experience in a technology‑focused business. - Skilled in strategic planning, financial management, organisational development, and people leadership. - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a changing and ambiguous environment.
