Join our Team as a Tourism Sales Agent and Help Our Clients Discover the World

Description:

At Muyundi Travel, we are dedicated to creating unique and memorable travel experiences for our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Tourism Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and contact potential clients interested in tourist trips, whether by phone, email, social networks or other means.

2. Present and promote our tourist packages, services and travel experiences in a persuasive and personalized way.

3. Advise clients in the selection of destinations, itineraries, activities and additional services to satisfy their needs and preferences.

4. Manage the sales process from start to finish, including preparing quotes, tracking leads, closing sales and post-sales follow-up.

5. Stay up to date on trends and developments in the tourism industry to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations and customer service to ensure a comprehensive and satisfactory experience for our customers.

Requirements:

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the tourism or related industry.

2. Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

3. Customer orientation and ability to understand and satisfy their travel needs.

4. Basic or intermediate knowledge of tourist destinations and related services.

5. Ability to work autonomously, set objectives and meet sales goals.

6. Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment.

8. Proficiency in foreign languages (English required, Spanish and other languages are a plus).
