Our team is looking for a Marketplace manager who understands the nuances, challenges, and limitations of running a business in their respective markets—and knows how to work with them effectively. You will be responsible for managing markets, driving growth metrics, and overseeing investment volumes. Together with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop the marketplace growth strategy for Perú. You will analyze supply and demand, develop pricing strategies, identify optimal bonus structures, and implement new incentive systems. This is a high-responsibility role where you’ll need to make decisions under uncertainty and drive projects from hypothesis to result. You’ll have access to a wide range of motivational tools (including A/B testing and machine learning capabilities), allowing you to experiment and innovate in collaboration with the analytics team. Key Responsibilities - Develop pricing policies and maintain the balance between supply and demand - Monitor the balance between business growth and profitability - Manage marketplace subsidy investments and assess the impact of implemented changes - Test and scale new bonus schemes for drivers and passengers Communication - Collaborate with local teams to gain deep insight into the specifics of each market Qualifications - University degree in a quantitative field such as natural sciences, finance, economics, or business management - Have experience in finance, business analysis, consulting, or project management - Be highly proficient in English, mathematics, and statistics - Be confident in using SQL (preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint - Think analytically and apply a data-driven approach to decision-making - Be comfortable making decisions in uncertain environments and proactively driving change Why work with Yango? - International Exposure: Gain valuable international frontier experience that expands your professional horizons - Collaborative Team: Join a team of like-minded professionals who share your passion and drive - Impactful Contributions: Make a meaningful impact by contributing to the improvement of cities' infrastructure *The terms of cooperation with companies of the Yango group or its partners may vary from those indicated on the website; please check with the recruiter for details #J-18808-Ljbffr
