Development Hotel Coordinator (Architects or Engineers) Destination Group is a global real estate development company involved in hospitality projects in Asia, Central, and South America. Our products include 4 and 5-star resorts, restaurants, and social accommodations. Primary Function A Development Coordinator at Destination supports the VP of Development in project execution, ensuring compliance with the business plan and managing tasks across the development process, including due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, construction, and project closeout. Duties & Responsibilities - Assist in managing development projects, overseeing construction teams and consultants. - Help procure easements, entitlements, off-site agreements, and permits. - Support the selection and oversight of project architects and consultants. - Provide financial analysis for projects. - Assist in managing design and construction efforts. - Document project performance, budgets, schedules, and industry trends. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, finance, or economics. - Up to 4 years of relevant experience; construction experience preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project. - Detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, dependable. - Good judgment, initiative, ability to work independently and with others. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
