We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Do: - Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees as needed. - Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency. - Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and identifying growth opportunities. - Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability. - Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. - Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to all internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategic plans for implementing technologies. Here’s what we are looking for: - 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager. - Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies. - Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. - Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients. - Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
