SDR Team Manager We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, maintaining a multi‑million dollar pipeline while developing outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, experiment with new outbound approaches, and adapt to changes in the market. Responsibilities • Manage and motivate a high‑performing SDR team. • Develop and execute inbound and outbound strategies. • Mentor and coach team members to grow their sales skills. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. • Use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Excellent academic results at school and university. - Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. - Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology. - Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results. - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific. - Creative problem solving and cross‑team collaboration. - Leadership experience of one form or another. - Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
