Our mission is to reshape the social perspective of entertainment with our new applications, which have already reached over 100 million users. We are looking for a Marketing Agent passionate about digital marketing and social media. Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer orientation, solid marketing skills, a results-driven mindset, and problem-solving abilities. This role will be responsible for expanding our customer base and fostering loyalty through excellent service, exceeding customer expectations, and establishing negotiation relationships with various live-streaming agencies. Requirements - Recent graduate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Commercial roles. - Knowledge of social media platforms and applications (TikTok, Instagram, Bigo Live). - Advanced English – both written and spoken (mandatory). - Experience with digital content management systems. - Ability to work independently or within a team to meet deadlines. - Adaptability to fast-paced changes. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities - Identify suitable talent and invite them to participate in our corporate advertisements. - Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-volume workloads and short turnaround times. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall business objectives. - Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile applications and experiment with new ideas. - Identify and engage female influencers in the USA and UK who align with our brand vision to participate in our 15-second campaign. - Build and nurture relationships with influencers and agencies, persuading them to collaborate with us. - Negotiate and finalize contracts, including handling payments and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. - Work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and deliver compelling campaign content. - Ensure all influencer-created content aligns with the brand’s tone, mission, and marketing goals. - Manage and utilize company social media platforms to reach out to influencers and agencies effectively. - Stay updated on the latest trends and cultural movements in the USA and UK markets.
