Partner with the best
As a Staff Cyber Security Researcher and Penetration Tester, you'll provide prevention, detection, response, and remediation activities to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. You'll require mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge and a strong foundation of functional skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
As a Cyber Security Researcher, you will be responsible for:
- Performing security research to identify threat vectors and potential vulnerabilities.
- Using tools and security assessment techniques to identify vulnerabilities in the product, platform, and scoped environment and provide recommendations on vulnerability remediation.
- Testing networks, computer systems, applications, or other digital environments to identify vulnerabilities and/or configuration issues that could be exploited by attackers.
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organization.
- Working collaboratively with business leadership at SPB and EB level, specifying needs, communicating about project approach, and presenting outcomes of research.
- Delivering products as part of a team and working on cross-functional teams, or alternatively leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and methods.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience in Cyber Security Research/Offensive Security.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact, with the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills, with proven analytical and organizational abilities.
- Hold OSCP Certification.
- Hold OSEP Certification.
- Hold OSED/OSCE3 Certification.
- Be fluent in written and verbal English.
