Job Title: Clinical Services Manager – Mental Health & Housing Services Location: North Hollywood, CA Salary: $75,000-83,000 annually Employment Type: Direct Hire- Full-time Education Requirement: Master’s Degree Travel Requirement: Up to 40% local travel within Los Angeles County Are you a licensed clinical professional with a passion for mental health advocacy and housing stability? A respected nonprofit organization in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic Clinical Services Manager to lead mental health programming within its interim housing division. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness while shaping the future of trauma-informed care delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Clinical Oversight: Supervise a team of Mental Health Specialists delivering direct services to participants in interim housing. Guide assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination with external providers. - Program Development: Design and implement psychosocial education and therapeutic group sessions tailored to participant needs. Monitor engagement and continuously refine curriculum. - Staff Training & Development: Collaborate with housing leadership to identify training needs and deliver workshops on clinical interventions, professional boundaries, and trauma-informed practices. - Internship Program Leadership: Oversee MSW interns and field instructors, providing clinical supervision and ensuring alignment with academic and programmatic goals. - Community Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with mental health agencies to ensure seamless referrals and coordinated care. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field required. - Active clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.). - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of mental health systems, crisis intervention, and housing instability. - Experience working with vulnerable populations, including those affected by homelessness, substance use, and trauma. - Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. - Must have a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
