To further strengthen our international growth and guide our dedicated team, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader as Managing Director with strong commercial acumen, strategic foresight and a passion for branding. Your Responsibilities - Full strategic and operational leadership of the HANRO business - Development and execution of the global brand and sales strategy - Lead and inspire a highly skilled, multicultural team - Oversee and optimize all key business functions (Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance) - Ensure product and service excellence across the entire value chain - Drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives - Collaborate closely with the Group Board on strategic direction and long-term positioning - Represent the HANRO brand both internally and externally with authenticity and confidence Your Profile - Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management or related field - Proven leadership experience within an international premium brand, ideally in textiles or consumer goods - Strong track record in brand development and business expansion - Strategic thinker with a refined understanding of brand, aesthetics and market dynamics - Exceptional communication, leadership and intercultural skills - Entrepreneurial mindset with decisiveness and accountability - Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage - Willingness to relocate and live on-site in Mäder (Vorarlberg), as the position is based locally We Offer - A key leadership role within a renowned international premium brand - Significant scope for strategic and creative contribution - A culture defined by trust, respect, and collaboration - Attractive compensation package including performance-based bonuses and company car Join us in shaping the future of a brand that has stood for timeless quality and understated luxury for over 140 years.
