The Role We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic National Field Manager to lead and evolve our field operations across Australia. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who is curious, self-starting, and confident challenging the status quo, while also bringing structure, discipline and strong commercial thinking to a geographically dispersed team. You will be responsible for end-to-end field execution, ensuring full territory coverage, strong capability across the team, and consistent delivery of our sales partners’ plans in-store. This role plays a critical part in shaping strategy, driving performance and continuously improving how we operate. Key Responsibilities - Lead, motivate and develop a remote, multi-state field team - Ensure full and effective territory coverage, including territory design and mapping - Oversee rostering, wage control and labour optimisation - Drive training and capability development across the field team - Execute sales partners’ sales and activation plans in-store - Translate strategy into clear, actionable field plans - Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships - Monitor performance through data, reporting and KPIs - Analyse results and identify trends, risks and opportunities - Continuously review and improve field processes, structures and ways of working - Challenge existing practices and implement new ideas and efficiencies About You - Confident, commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution. - Proven leadership experience managing and developing remote teams - Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills - The ability to motivate, coach and hold teams accountable - Confidence using data and performance metrics to drive decisions - Strong communication skills and presence with clients and internal stakeholders - A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve existing models - A practical understanding of market dynamics, retail execution and field operations Experience & Qualifications - Extensive experience in a senior field leadership, sales, merchandising or operations role - Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams - Strong experience in workforce planning, rostering, and wage control - Experience executing national or multi-region sales plans - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred) Why Join Us - National leadership role with real influence on strategy and execution - Opportunity to shape how our field operation evolves - Autonomy to lead, innovate and make an impact Application Questions - How many years of field sales experience do you have? - Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia? - What's the largest size team you have managed? - Do you have experience in a sales role? - Do you have a current Australian driver's licence? - Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with? - How many years of people management experience do you have? - How many years of sales management experience do you have? - How much notice are you required to give your current employer? - Do you have visual merchandising experience?
