- Managing your own restaurant section with the support of a Commis de Rang
- Welcoming and seating our guests
- Bringing extensive wine knowledge to your role
- Working independently and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Coordinating service with your colleagues
- Taking part in daily team briefings on menus and wines
- Ensuring positive and constructive cooperation within the service team
- Recording and settling guests’ food and beverage charges each day
