Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Elevate Recruiting Job Title: Global Controller Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Controller to lead our worldwide accounting operations. This role is critical to ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes across our international footprint. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, experience working within public company environments, and a passion for mentoring high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities - Global Oversight: Lead and manage the company’s global accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of international financial results. - Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse global accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. - Process Optimization: Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across accounting processes to support scalability and efficiency. - Audit & Governance: Lead annual audits and liaise with external auditors, ensuring preparedness and responsiveness across entities. - Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. - Systems & Tools: Lead enhancements of ERP systems and financial tools to streamline reporting and improve data integrity. - Compliance & Reporting: Oversee financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Ensure internal controls are effective and SOX-compliant.
