The Role We are seeking an experienced Group Contracts Administrator to drive consistency, governance, and commercial excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from $200k through to $30M plus. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a strategic, group-level role supporting multiple business units and senior stakeholders across Australia, with occasional international exposure as required. Key Responsibilities - Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and administer client, subcontractor, and supplier contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective lifecycle management. - Risk and Compliance: Identify and manage commercial risk, ensure compliance with the BIF Act and Australian Standards, and maintain contract registers aligned with company policies. - Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to support strong communication, contract performance, and positive commercial outcomes. What You Will Bring - Demonstrated experience in Contracts Administration within construction, infrastructure, mining, or energy environments. - Strong working knowledge of Australian Standard contracts and BIF Act requirements. - Proven capability managing multiple high-value and high-risk contracts concurrently. - Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
