Clinic Practice Manager We are seeking an exceptional operations leader for the position of Clinic Practice Manager at The Dental Group. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for implementing measures to optimise operations, foster a motivated workforce, and improve patient experiences. Patient care is our priority and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This is a full‑time, hands‑on position where no two days will be the same. Your Key Responsibilities Include: - Develop and execute strategic plans for clinic operations and growth, aligning with company goals. - Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of assigned dental clinics, ensuring compliance and high‑quality service delivery. - Manage and monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators across all clinics. - Lead, mentor, and support the clinic team to achieve operational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. - Implement best practices for patient engagement and satisfaction to drive patient retention and loyalty. - Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote the brand and expand the patient base. - Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and community members to enhance brand visibility and reputation. - Conduct regular reviews and audits of clinic practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
