We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tupay with solid payments experience to help us expand our merchants in Peru. What you will be doing - Coordinate with external marketing, media, and digital agencies to ensure consistent delivery of content, branding, and campaign execution. - Support the creation and management of content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. - Work closely with the public relations agency to manage media interactions, press materials, interviews, and communication with journalists and local media outlets. - Assist in the development of presentations, product communication, and sales enablement materials. - Manage email marketing communications to merchants and prospects through HubSpot, including lead nurturing and campaign execution. - Support lead-generation initiatives and ensure potential leads are captured and properly assigned into the CRM. - Coordinate event-related activities, including stand design, vendor management, printing of marketing materials, and support with video creation if required. - Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels and materials. - Provide operational support across different marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Contribute to internal and external communication efforts to support product launches and general marketing needs. Requirements - Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. - Some experience through internships, university projects, or junior roles in marketing, digital content, PR, or similar areas. - Experience coordinating with marketing, digital or PR agencies is a plus. - Knowledge of social media management, branding, content creation, and campaign coordination. - Basic understanding of CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot is a plus). - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to build good working relationships. - Intermediate English level.
