Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will accelerate the Gaming products deployment process within the following responsibilities:
1. Participate and own the prioritized roadmap for DevOps.
2. Drive the deployment process through improving automation.
3. Own deployments for cloud-native offerings.
4. Own configuration management for different types of installations.
5. Ensure that operations have the latest information about deployments and are able to execute customer-specific deployments.

Minimum Requirements: You must have at least 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer to be considered for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Refine deployment automations and maintenance, including relevant documentation.
- Own operations of cloud deployment for cloud-native solutions and edge compute products.
- Improve existing and build new configurable templates for customer deployments and support the technical deployments team with customer configurations.
- Ensure Development and Operations platform meets the ongoing needs of both Engineering and Technical Deployments teams by interfacing with both parties regularly and building needs onto the platform development roadmap.
- Help complete and maintain a development and operations platform which services the needs of development, deployment, and security teams.
- Good understanding of different cloud providers (Azure, GCP) as well as on-prem.
- Continue to build a DevOps mentality within the organization.
- Improve the predictability of deployments.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or other related industry; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 8+ years of prior experience in scalable technology/software business in a DevOps role.
- Experience with cloud providers such as Azure and GCP.
- Prior experience in product company deploying customer-specific deployments.
- Polished, collaborative customer communication skills.
- Commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with customers and partners.
- Gaming industry domain experience is preferred.
- Payment industry domain expertise is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven self-leadership and ability to plan long-term as well as manage a day-to-day schedule for completing deliverables.
- Proactive, target and delivery-driven with strong self-discipline.
- Great attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work attitude.
- Initiative and drive to do great things.
