Peru. Mode: Remote We at Coforge are hiring Senior QA Engineer (#006fu00000QZqudAAD-5) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases across web and API applications.
- Build and maintain scalable and reliable test automation frameworks.
- Perform API testing, database validation, and end-to-end system testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases and early defect detection. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience working in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing best practices.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of Java or Python for automation scripting.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to security testing concepts.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications.
