Executive SCM

Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of operational business processes within the assigned area/s of responsibility (e.g.
COP, WHL, Service, Procurement), ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives
- Serving as the point of contact for SCM/ERP processes and providing first-level support to users on process-related issues
- Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs, and developing and implementing measures to achieve targets and improve processes
- Coordinating with internal and international interfaces, ensuring the flow of information, and assisting in finding solutions to process or logistics disruptions
- Conducting training sessions and maintaining process documentation, including creating and updating training materials, reports, and presentations
- Providing support for process adjustments, system testing, and the implementation of national legal and tax requirements in coordination with international departments
- All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks)

Requirements:
- Business education
- Additional professional qualifications obtained through continuing education or several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in the field of supply chain management
- English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position
