About the Role As our HR Manager, you'll oversee the full HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance, culture, compliance and workforce planning. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive a positive, strengthen our people systems and ensure we remain compliant, capable and future‑ready across all business units. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your expertise will directly influence organisational growth and employee experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead the HR function and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and talent development - Manage employee relations, performance management and policy interpretation - Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and industry standards - Drive culture, engagement and organisational development initiatives - Lead HR projects including system improvements, change management and capability building - Coach and support managers to strengthen people leadership skills - Maintain and enhance HR processes, reporting and documentation What You'll Bring - Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR leader - Strong understanding of HR legislation, awards and best‑practice HR frameworks - Experience in healthcare, aged care, pharmacy or retail (highly regarded) - Ability to influence, advise and build strong relationships at all levels - A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving skills - Confidence managing both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day HR operations - Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills Australian work rights are required for this position.
