Learn more about IFSA at https://www.ifsa-butler.org/ In This Position, Your Responsibilities Would Include - Help analyze IFSA’s position in the marketplace by spearheading research on competitors and supporting the analysis on competitor products and services, locations, prices, sales and marketing methods. - Support lead, applicant, and enrollment analysis tailored for key internal stakeholders. - Help develop enrollment reports and dashboards in Salesforce, including potential integration of AI tools and platforms. - Help design and distribute Qualtrics surveys to large audiences and assist with follow‑on analysis, visualization, and presentation of findings. - Assist with analysis of trends, developments, and opportunities related to markets for international education. - Contribute to assessing the effectiveness of programs and service delivery through monitoring and data analysis. Requirements, Work Experience and Education - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Business, Political Science, etc.). - Two to three years of progressive experience in strategic research and analysis. - Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis. - Familiarity with various data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Microsoft Office products, Qualtrics Research Suite, Salesforce). - Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of academic honesty. - Ability to think critically and creatively, to show interest in (re)evaluating trends and opportunities. - Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, attend to multiple projects at once, and meet deadlines. - Ability to work independently but also as part of a dynamic and cohesive team. - Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders from diverse communities and cultures. - Authorized to work in and physically reside in Peru. Physical and Work Environment - Working on a computer, placing phone/video calls, updating systems and files. - Remote position; laptop will be provided. - Potential for very limited international travel to the USA or other IFSA locations.
