Learning Product Designer – AI x EdTech (French fluent) at Paradox EN About the Role We are looking for a Learning Product Designer who will bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to create transformative learning experiences powered by AI. You will lead the end-to-end design of immersive learning arcs, ensuring each interaction feels human, cinematic, and deeply impactful. Key Responsibilities - Design the learning system architecture – from high‑level structure to detailed execution. - Conceptualise and script engaging learning journeys that combine content, exercises, and soundscapes. - Build AI‑powered coaching cycles (loops) that adapt and evolve with each user. - Create and refine AI agents and prompt chains for personalised coaching conversations. - Iteratively measure outcomes, analyse data and optimise for transformation and stickiness. - Collaborate with coaches, filmmakers, technologists and content creators to develop new courses. - Own copy, tone, pacing and educational assets such as modules, assessments and reflection prompts. - Conduct user research, persona building and curriculum design to keep the product aligned with learner needs. Qualifications & Experience - 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education). - Successful delivery of at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results. - Proficiency with AI tools and Figma. - Strong portfolio that showcases cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs. - Exceptional writing, aesthetic sense and a clear focus on outcomes over outputs. - Critical thinking skills to turn ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses. - Digital and AI savvy with a willingness to learn and build AI agents. Language Requirements - French – native speaker. - English – fluent (written and spoken).
