Planificarás, desarrollarás y llevarás adelante proyectos clave, mediante desarrollo técnico, perspectivas de viabilidad de actividades relacionadas con la ingeniería en la cadena de suministro y ejecución de proyectos de CAPEX para apoyar el crecimiento, la fabricación y la productividad de vanguardia con el más alto nivel de calidad, seguridad y requisitos ambientales. Trabajarás en consonancia con los procesos de negocio e innovación de Mondelēz en la gestión de proyectos y te asegurarás de que se cumplan los estándares de Mondelēz.

Cómo contribuirás

Para garantizar la precisión de los presupuestos, planes y soluciones técnicas adecuadas en función de los objetivos, trabajarás con los stakeholders clave para definir y emitir las planificaciones técnicas y de capital durante las fases de desarrollo de los proyectos de inversión de capital. Desarrollarás presupuestos de capital de acuerdo con los contratos y el flujo de efectivo previsto, te asegurarás de que se implementen los desarrollos y estándares de ingeniería correspondientes, y colaborarás con el desarrollo y la implementación de procesos de última generación y estrategias de equipos para optimizar recursos, armonizar activos y aplicar mejores prácticas. En este puesto colaborarás con la ejecución de proyectos de capital y serás responsable de la calidad y los resultados de dichos proyectos utilizando los estándares de Mondelēz y los procesos de negocios e innovación en su gestión.

Educación/ Titulaciones:

- Ingeniero Electrónico, Mecánico, Industrial o Eléctrico.

Requisitos específicos del puesto:

- Inglés intermedio - avanzado (Conversacional).
- Experiencia previa en gestión proyectos de inversión en plantas de manufactura.
- Manejo de personal: Desarrollo de equipos.
- Manejo de Microsoft Project.
- Microsoft Office intermedio / Avanzado.
- AutoCAD intermedio.
